The English kid picked up another injury last night during Man United’s game against Atalanta after just coming off a shoulder surgery
Man United while celebrating their come back victory are also worried over Marcus Rashford who could be set to be out of action again.
Rashford hasn’t until this month played for Manchester United since the start of the current season due to his shoulder injury that required surgery.
The 23-year-old attacker was subbed off the pitch at the 66minute to be replaced by Edinson Cavani after picking what Ole termed as ‘dead leg’.
According to the manager, this type of injury may at times take more than expected of it for the player to recover.
“I don’t know. I hope so and I think so,” Ole replied when asked if Rashford will make a return anytime soon for the big games.
“It was a dead leg and sometimes it can take longer than what you want. But if we treat it well, he should be okay.”
Ole continued as he applauded the players work rate while out on recovery saying; “He has worked really hard. His injury, or the surgery, meant he couldn’t train with contact but he has been training physically and now he is physically very robust.
“Now it his about getting football form back. And it is coming.
“Marcus is a natural talent but he also wants to work on his game and he has already worked a lot individually without contact allowed. It showed [against Atalanta] because he was really composed and took his goal really well.”
Man United will face Liverpool on weekend and sadly Rashford won’t be a part of this clash.
